Our pans were replaced to ensure the purity of our maple syrup, we have become part of the Food Safety Initiative, a progam created to assist maple producers with the funds required to replace sugaring equipment which may contain lead. 

Our new pans are stainless steel, with stainless welds!

                                                 "Out with the Old"                       "In with the new", food grade pipeline & mainline.

Including some cosmetic renovations too...
